His primary responsibility was talent development through competency building enhancing the employee experience, increasing employee engagement, and developing people and talent management strategies to bring FEPE to the next level. Dr. Reddy has worked in several facets of the business, encompassing both strategy and operations during his career in the manufacturing and execution industry.
